I got up at oh-dark-thirty and left out of Raphine, Virginia. I watched a beautiful sunrise over the Blue Ridge mountains as I made my way north and west towards Pittsburgh. I’m stopped for the day in Scranton, PA. Life is good.

Well, it's not right now, but tomorrow AM taking a sex abuse victim to meet with the county atty. It's the guys third offense (on adult women) and if she does not show the plea deal will be 3 years probation and offender registry. Don't know if tomorrow will change the plea deal or not.

Only in the heart land of America, right. I don't quite get it either. Guessing I'll know more tomorrow (depending on how much I'm privy to). 

As I understand it he has several health problems (on disability but can still molest) and confinement might be considered a hardship. Plus it might be the county not wanting to fund the medical expense.
