My daughter and I spent the afternoon cooking. She made a strawberry-orange cake (with a whole pound of strawberries on top). I made tiramisu, and some chopped liver with caramelized onions and crispy chicken skins.

Mother in law is in a very bad way.
A week ago we were out shopping, laughing, having a nice lunch at a dumpling place, etc

Today, she doesn't recognize anybody, cannot string 2 words together. (no morphine)
There's no coming back now... The docs seem to think the cancer has finally gotten to her brain Dunno
They're taking her off all medication as of now.
No God, No fear.

Yeah, thanks man ... Apparently, she was walking the hallways of the nursing home naked last night!
Today, all she could tell me was "a man!". I said what man? She kept repeating "the man was all tangled" ...

Sorry to see this. Is she at least getting pain medication, if she is in pain?
