Yes. And the key to helping yourself is to remember that you are not actually dying. It may feel that way, but it will pass and concentrating on something else can usually help.

That doesn't matter.
Just write something you enjoy. Even if you go back to it only every few months.

Filling in the mail-in voting form I just got in the mail. Impressive thing: of the 28 offices, only nine have 17 of them only have Democratic candidates, 9 of them have both major parties, and two have Dems running against Greens. I can't photograph it for legal reasons, since I've filled in most of them, and posting any pics I take can land me in prison for three years. So, here's the online sample ballot, which alligns with what I see.

Photograph half of it.
That way you'll only get 18 months.

And the panic is gone again almost as quickly as it came. 911 called me back after I hastily hung up on em, and I explained it was an accident. I'd had it ready to dial since it's kinda comforting, then hit it when I sat on my bed. REEEEEEEEEEEEE
Took a Xanax but it'll be a good 20 minutes before it kicks in.
Oh and I gotta be leaving for work in 4 and a half hours (12:30am here).
Gotta love having a panic disorder >_>

Ooo, I should check my mail on the way home tonight then. I've been waiting for mine to come for weeks. I always think it'll come way before it actually does.
Damn, then that means I have to actually research a couple of our ballot measures.
