Microwaved a package of Bob Evan's macaroni & cheese and it was nothing but cheese soup. Disappointed. I've eaten this before and it's never like that. Now I have an empty package of mac & cheese that I have to schlep to the store and argue with customer service over. Did I mention I don't have a receipt? I'm not looking forward to this.

On the bright side, the Eagles, who I picked to win in AF's Pick'em Football League this week, hung on to beat the Jaguars.

I just finished my morning's work and am getting ready to take the dogs to the lake by LSU for a nice walk. After that, I need to go to the library and then buy some groceries.

Tonight: Vikings vs. Saints.

Went on a grocery run with my daughter. Took some drywall measurements, cut three smallish pieces, and hauled them up to my study. Wrote a blog post.

About to whip up a batch of bulgogi tacos (add ginger, sesame oil, soya sauce and garlic to ground beef).
