Recovering from a 4 1/2 hour meeting yesterday by addressing the shit show that spawned from that meeting this morning.

Gonna go complain about Game of Thrones some more.

Whatever happens, after over two months, tonight is our last night in the trailer.

Sellers are going to have to get the contractor who did the roof do a do-over because they really fucked the dog the first time. Inspector and two contractors agree a full tear off and replacement is the only option. It's about 13K worth of work to redo. Sucks to be whoever has to eat it. Not gonna be me.

Other than that, the other issues are relatively minor and not likely to cause much controversy so I think we're going to be able to close and take possession on the 7th.

The whole process started in December and the finish line is in sight.
