Every body is different. Bloody things don't come with instruction manuals!
Right now it's just gone 10AM and finishing off my third cup of coffee. Been up since 7AM got some chores done and a doctors visit. About to head into "The Office" to check the mail.

I know how you feel. If someone tells me they are about to go do something, like take a shower, and then they just keep sitting there, it starts to put me on edge.

Relaxing and drinking coffee. Tonight was the first night I'd meditated in three weeks and it showed. I need to start meditating more regularly as doing it only once a week means that most of the time I'm just trying to get back to where I was the week before. Probably not daily, but adding three small sessions to my week would likely help a lot.
