I'm about to go and stand on my driveway for the Anzac Day Dawn service.
Yesterday my daughter and I made wreathes out of rosemary branches and red flowers from around the garden. They've got little signs on them saying 'we shall not forget'. I better go and wake her up. :-) Wow, I didn't expect such a good turnup. I reckon 90% of the people in my street were out on their driveways with candles. I'm glad I decided to put something else on rather than my tattered robe. :-) A lady a couple of doors up played 'The Last Post' and 'Reveille' on a cornet.
Going sleepy-bo-bos.
Goodnight all. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"

Making more masks. Apparently the coworkers my husband asked me to make masks for have watermelon-sized heads so the ones I sent in the other day don't fit them.

This week in the Deep Hurting Project is going to be the last film remaining film in the Deep Hurting Project that Is both A) on TVtropes’ “So Bad It’s Horrible/Film” page, B) available on Netflix or Hulu. I won’t give it away just yet, but I will give you this hint:
Fortunately for the Project, there’s still quite a few films on the list that were uploaded to YouTube, so after this week, I’ll be relying solely on YouTube until the quarantine is over and I can return to my local library.

Didn't get enough sleep last night. I'm going back to bed for another sixty winks.

Note that may or may not be interesting to other people, about a month ago, I ordered a copy of Joyce Carol Oates' Zombie online. For whatever reason, probably related to the pandemic, it went to the post office at 433 W. Harrison (the tracking info didn't give the exact address, but given that this was the only Post-Office-affiliated address in the zip code, it's an easy conclusion to reach) on March 31 and only yesterday did it move to another office (from one just a block south of Buckingham Fountain to another down the street from Navy Pier, so it somehow took three and a half weeks to move less than a mile.) Apparently, it's planned to arrive on Tuesday.
