Having my first morning coffee and trying to wake up. I took my blood pressure: 152/78. That's lower than yesterday's reading. Also going over plans for a minor carpentry project I want to do today.

Just had my first Zoom appointment with the doctor. I also found out that my long-assumed asthma diagnosis was likely a product of my mother's inadvertent Munchausen-by-Proxy.
