I just watched the last episode of Dexter with my family. Dad cried. I've only seen him cry one other time in my life, and it was when his father died. We all knew things couldn't end well for Dexter, but shit. I ain't even mad though, I have written some tragic shit in my lifetime. There's a certain art to how fucked up they left the show.

Travelling to the in-laws to have Sunday dinner complete with Yorkshire pudding, cheesy mash potatoes, caramelised parsnips, baked shallots and a gloriously roasted lamb joint.

Who knows, maybe I will even have a bottle of real ale... The possibilities.
