I haven't managed to make that email list though an article shows up on the news app I have on my phone...apparently this is an issue important enough to be put out there on several platforms.

Yeah, I'm trying to think of what I searched that would alert them that I may have a bowel issue.

Someone was thoughtful enough to put me on an email list so that I can learn how to take good care of my prostate.

Not horribly surprising.  I was once emailed (not spam, just a misdirected message) on how to prevent stretchmarks during pregnancy.
