A good friend in high school had older brothers who were into Zappa. Billy the Mountain was played a lot at their house. I never really became a fan but certainly was familiar with zaniness that was Zappa.

Dad and I were going tO see Madeleine Peyroux and Judy Collins at Ravinia today. Sadly, it’s been rained out and Dad’s back is acting up. So, we’re staying in Skokie, manning the forts just in case the thunderstorm gets dangerous.

While I've been sick and bed-ridden, I've discovered a new (old) webcomic called Delve.

It's about the adventures of an Elven thief named Bree in a dungeon and all the trouble she and her friends get into.

The art has changed from the main character (and others) being scantily clad (typical fantasy), to them being seemingly unable to keep their clothes on.

Weird, but quite amusing.

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:
