My daughter is going to compete as part of the archery club for her highschool. 14 years ago she was born with damage to her c3,4,and 5, as well as a brachial plexus injury that left her right arm and hand completely paralyzed. They gave us a goals list, when she started a gut wrenching therapy journey, with shit like "can hold 8 ounce glass of juice to lips" and told us to pick three. I wrote in "can draw a bow"

Good for her!  I had bilateral brachial plexus injury when my mastectomies were done.  Took a long time to get range of motion, strength, and control back.  Glad she worked her way through it.  That's a rough one.

I haven't done dick the past two days. My ILS worker isn't due back until the 21st, so I have no help in the accountability department. I didn't exercise today or yesterday. And the only thing I've done today is spend 30 minutes throwing out unneeded food in the fridge freezer so that I would have room for storing more pizzas -- my favorite brand is on sale for $4 each, one per day at Lunds.
