I need to take my phone to see if it can be fixed. I can no longer hear a caller unless on speaker.

I did not need Karm waking me up at 3:00 when the repair shop doesn't open till 10:00. It's about 15 minutes away so I don't think I need seven hours to prep for that little journey.

Got my mail-in ballot yesterday. The drop-off center is open until 4:00 today and 5:00 on Sunday. If I don't want to miss football I'll need to got today or Monday.

Tracking our ballots' journey via DHL.

I wish I would have known about FPCA - Federal Post Card Application - a bit if an odd way to name an application to vote absentee abroad. Next time we'll be able to avoid this whole business of having a courier schlep our ballots back and forth across North America.

I'm going to take advantage of early voting. I asked my neighbor to witness my ballot, but they made a mess of the witness statement, so I'm going to skip the ballot dropoff and vote direct.

Quite relieved the phone fix cost about $30.00 and took about 15 minutes.

Seriously considering a nap...currently all three dogs and the cat are on the couch with me. I'm not very big so I may be able to curl up in the little bit that's free.
