Somehow, I'm not getting lucky.

Morning exercise and making a daily schedule. I want to do therapy work and language study at least three days a week, but it's hard to squeeze it in given that I've still got a lot of work to do getting my apartment organized.

Dog troubles. Lexy's benign otic tumor has grown back (original was removed in August). $2.4K+ today for CT scan/ancillaries to confirm. Surgery Monday, the estimate is another $5K. This time surgery will be thru the ear drum. She will be completely deaf in that ear now. She should come home sometime on Tuesday.

Yea pet insurance. 20% copay plus the office visit/eval charge from today.

Our Karma had gone completely deaf a few years ago.  It's amazing how well dogs adapt.  Especially when part of a pack.

Setting up to test the computer that died a few months ago. In rearranging my furniture to accommodate my new TV, I got rid of one of the desks. So instead of having a 50"x30" desk to work on, I'm reduced to a 20"x40" folding table. It's a bit cramped, but workable. I'm thinking of getting a standing desk for working on computers, but I've yet to figure out where I can fit one. I had planned on the southwest corner of the living room, but that would leave basically no space between it and the regular computer desk. No hurry about it, I need to be paying off my credit cards, not adding more charges to them.

Figuring out my finances. I think I had things figured wrong. My Best Buy payment isn't due until next month, so if I ignore that for January, I can pay off about 3/4 of my Amazon balance, which is the more pressing issue.
