Trying to get motivated to do something with the meat I bought on Wednesday. The ground chuck will be frozen until I can make hamburger patties with it, but I had intended to give making chicken curry a go this weekend, but my ambition is lacking. Maybe I should just freeze that as well.

The 4 TB SSD that I had all my videogames on went tits up, and because I used 400 GB of my 1200 GB monthly data cap installing stuff on the new XBOX, I'm hesitant to install anything extra this month as if I go over again this month, I'll no longer be eligible for the once per year courtesy month when you can go over without penalty. I knew I wanted to play a D&D-style CRPG, and Pillars of Eternity has rave reviews, so I picked that one of my CRPG games. The only problem is that I was stuck at an early stage of the game when I last played it, and still am. I've started over and am consulting walkthrough guides as needed until I can surmount the impasse. Until then, there's always the games on the XBOX.

Got up feeling like crud four hours ago, now I feel way worse.  Shivering, but temperature is 98F according the a forehead thermometer.  Joint and muscle ache, headache.  It's 85 outside, 77 inside, no a/c.  WTAF is this devilry?

Food poisoning? Not something I'd wish on you, though.

Got a letter from the SSI people saying I need to update the details of my appeal 10 days after the date on the paper. The date of the paper that arrived today? December 30.

Just ordered a table for my sewing machine. I have been making do with TV trays and my desk and am tired of all the moving around of furniture. Found one that I think will work well for my needs for just over $100.00. I had a $150.00 gift card from Christmas, so that's what I decided to get. Should be here Thursday then I will have to assemble it.

I don't know, but if it is foodborne illness, GI symptoms are notably absent. I have a fever now, can't decide if I'm hot or cold.

Yes. I've been playing Oddysey on the PC. My game drive died on my PC and I'm trying to avoid unnecessary downloads until I get a new allotment of data at the beginning of February, so I haven't reinstalled it. I had Origins installed on the XBOX so I started playing that. The three-pack is Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla for my XBOX.
