I just finished a fantastic breakfast of corn tortillas smothered in homemade refried beans with onions and serrano chilis and topped with Queso Anejo and fried eggs and served with a heap of fresh guacamole and 3 strips of bacon. I love to cook so much. It's a passion. I am going to edit some product photos now and around 1 PM I'm going on my daily bike ride. So far I've lost 56 pounds eating like this because I fast from 2 PM til 8 AM. My goal is to lose 108 lbs. and I think I'll be there by June. Life is grand!

Having a beer and brewing a half pot of coffee. The internet went out shortly before I left for the day. I was glad to find it back upon returning home.

Got Volumes 2 and 4 of The Prisoner in the mail. The other three volumes, however, are still waiting in limbo. At least I know Volume 3 is in Illinois. Volumes 1 and 5 have apparently been shipped, but for some reason their shipping numbers are somehow not in the system.

Staying inside. It's pissing down rain here, snow down to 2000 feet. Rain is OK, but that gale force wind driving it is another story; it's coming in horizontally. I'll try and delay food shopping until Sunday, unless this stops blowing long enough to make a mad dash.

Testicular pain is returning. On the bright side, it’s not as bad as it was, and my Prisoner DVDs are coming in. Set 3 came today and Sets 1 and 5 are coming tomorrow.
