Feeling a bit understimulated. Worked out at SDSU. Thought I'd try to kill 4.5 hours there and watch lacrosse against LIU Brooklyn women. But I didn't have any books with me, nor did I want to go to the student union and have a greasy dinner. Good to be back home, at least for today.

Sad, crying like a fool ...ugh. Up and down with an ex bf, who I really tried hard to rid my life of. He wanted to be friends, I said...not a good idea. He's kept at it, and then asked for another chance. I said, not a good idea. He kept at it. Then, I thought....well...maybe. And then, he goes and shows me that he is the same douche he always was. I just don't understand people like this. I don't want to. All I ever was, was nice to him.

I hear ya. I tried to be friends with my ex, but it turned out the only reason she wanted to be friends was because she thought it meant we would get back together. And she was just as awful to me as a "friend" as she was as a girlfriend, so I just had to say fuck it and cut her off completely.

Just bought tickets for an Elton John concert in New Orleans a week from tomorrow. Too damn many artists I would have loved to see have died these past several years. I want to seize whatever opportunities I have to see the ones who remain before they're gone too.

Reading this thread while drinking coffee and smoking a cigarette in the Budweiser Lounge at the Atlanta airport waiting on a connection. I was reading this thread when I hear a female voice ask if she can share my ashtray. I look up and there stands an attractive young blond. I say sure but there is is stack of them right behind you. She turns, sees the ashtrays and walks off while saying thank you.

I must be getting fucking old.
