Waiting for the nail polish on my toes to dry. Not as easy as one would think when you have a couple nosy dogs wanting to check it out.
Been quite a while since I went with a different color. So far, pretty happy with it.

Getting the house ready and packing for the long trip north. Car has been serviced, dogs have all their shots, leaving for first stop in Mazatlan on Saturday.
Cut my right index finger. Fobbed dinner prep onto the wife. Not my favorite method of getting out of cooking.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Okay, actually, he just asked some strange questions that would make no sense in the context of their pitch, but I'm thinking that the next time I try it, I just stick with the bleating.

Sad to say, I cut it opening a bottle of cognac. A bit of the metal seal didn't tear off straight, and I didn't notice that until it made a ragged slice on my finger when uncorking it. I usually cut the whole seal off of a bottle. As for knives, I keep the ones around here sharp enough to shave with, depending on the usage. Dull knives require more force in use, and that causes injuries.
