Went to dinner with friends. The weirdest thing happened, I was eating some rice and I couldn't control my fork, and I realized that I couldn't move my right thumb. No pain, I just couldn't move it.

Bad News: I’m progressing in my illness in a lot of ways, but my voice is starting to go.

Good News: I finally found the right size for my Propper M65 Travis Jacket: 2XL.

The weird thing is the name I connect with Huntington’s is Woody Guthrie. Then again, he stopped recording before his Huntington’s Chorea started to kick in and the closest thing I have to a visual reference are the scenes from Alice’s Restaurant where Arlo visits his Dad.

Playing hooky from assorted things that need to be done this evening. There's some Descartes to read for philosophy class tomorrow, and clarinet practice.

On the positive side, I completed a first draft of a short story for a writers' group meetup later this week. My muse ambushed me on the way to a coffee shop, after a week of "WTF am I going to write about?"

I've a couple of wood working projects in queue for my eldest son who is in the USAF. I'm poking around looking at designs. I'm hoping your muse comes by and gives me an idea or two.
