The cat didn't get to be seen by the vet this morning. She has a severe aversion to other animals, and hearing the other animals at the facility made her go crazy in her carrier. She wouldn't calm down. She was brought back home.

The vet said if it comes down to it, she'll have to be sedated for a proper exam.

We weren't charged since it didn't amount to anything.

We have a Prince Charles Cavalier Spaniel mixed with who-knows-what. When we get to the door into the vet's place, she instantly wants to go the other way. She will not tolerate a thermometer, nor a lot of other medical tests. We give her a tranquilizer ahead of time, but she still gets muzzled. She's just scared and nervous, until the muzzle goes on; then it's eye-rolling panic. I wouldn't want her to be a cat at that point, unless I was wearing falconer's gloves.

Used "Price Lock" on the Lyft app for my morning ride from work to home. I'd have to get to work too early at night to use the same thing at night.
