Finished the last of the Christmas gifts when I got done with a quilt today. A couple things to wrap and then I am ready.

Made a Grinch pillow to go with the Grinch quilt I made.

Now, going to sew some more and listen to a book that I am not sure I am really enjoying but am far enough into it that I may as well see it through.

It's cold and dreary out so this seems like a good way to spend the day.
I'm your huckleberry.

A HS/Universiaty friend was in town. We blew $350 at the local indoor range. AK47, AR15, M4, HK41.

I generally shoot around 600 rounds of .22 rimfire in a session. That's about $60, give or take, plus range fees and targets. I haven't been to a range in over 3 years now, because I didn't want to spend the money on ammo. It got up to quintuple that price awhile back. Now that ammo is cheaper, I'll go kill some paper sometime soon.

If it was warmer we would have gone to an outdoor range (got a farmer that I know). Would have been limited to only two of the above (the other two we rented) but we would have been able to play with some tannerite. BANG-BANG-BOOM!
