Adjusting my trip plans to SC at the end of May. Of course, it depends on how my health is.
Sure am glad I made my hotel reservation a couple months ago. I tried to add a day to my stay and the price is about one and a half times what the other nights are. Probably because hotels are filling up for all the graduations going on that week. So I am going to plan to travel about 2/3 of the way and stop for the night and relax before going the rest of the way.

Thanks. I just got back from walking Bourbon Street. I would have loved it at 25, but the only thing that held my attention was a bar called the Prohibition that featured "huge ass beers" (their sales pitch, looked like a 24-oz cup) and a pretty good blues band. At my age, when the band's done, I head out.

Ortho doctor appt today to evaluate my fucked up knee. There's a good chance they'll say just live with it until it's really fucked up.
