The door on the dryer that my clothes are in came open and so they were still damp. Adding another 30 minutes of drying.

Just got home from gathering at daughter's house for Christmas. Lots of goodies and gifts and enjoyed the company. It's hard to get everyone together with jobs and school and activities, so it was a nice afternoon.

I worked as a contractor for a company back in the mid-90s, where I worked double shifts while one of the other guys was taking his finals at uni. For a couple of weeks, I joked about looking on the other side of the freeway to see if I could see myself going the other way. I get you, especially about the sleep. Two shifts, back to back leaves too little time for sleep. Driving an hour each way in my case made it worse. Fortunately, I was only 44 years old at the time. I hope your life and work situation improves.  Great

I and my family are celebrating Christmas today. My sisters will pick me up at 2:30 P.M. I have no plans for between now and then. Dishes done. Laundry done. I'll watch another episode of the Goblin.

Found out that Windows Media Player, the program I've used for as long as I can remember to rip CDs, is becoming useless. I mean, technically, it still runs, but, until recently, they had a service that identified what CD was being ripped and added filenames and tags accordingly. Apparently, they decided to get rid of that service recently.

Found out that MusicBee apparently works for what I was trying to do.
