lol The trick with cooking, I've discovered, is to stay focused. I can't imagine cooking for a living. Eight straight hours or so of non stop cooking? ugh. No wonder Chef Ramsey is such a grouch.

I have now signed up for this year's Shine Walk. Different route this year; Starts at Southwark Park and Finishing at Old Billingsgate. So that should be nice. Hopefully I won't die doing it this time.
