My when my step-sister was having her first niece she was in labour for 36 hours and went to the hospital several times during that time and was told every time that she wasn't dilated enough and sent home again and wouldn't give her any pain relief, just advised her to take Paracetamol (Tylenol). They didn't admit her until she was literally 10cms and they were like "Yeah, whenever you're ready to push, just push." Poor thing.
If it was me I'd go to the hospital, demand all the drugs and refuse to leave until the kid was out.

Yup. Well if they will cut the number of Maternity units and wards in the middle of a densely populated city, this is the result. They won't keep you in a second longer than necessary. She was only in the hospital for a few hours hours in total because that's all that was necessary after the birth.

I love how enthusiastic Channel 4 is about rights. The whole Gay Mountain thing during the Winter Olympics and changing their logo to a rainbow version is wonderful and makes me proud of my little island.

So the breathing thing isn't me, it's pollution. And lots of dust from the Sahara Desert. I got bits of Desert in my eyes and lungs and everything.
I was going to listen to the advice on the news and stay inside, but my Grandad (who has Asthma and COPD) wanted to go to the pub, so here I am.

He wants to know what I'm doing with my phone now... I don't think he understood the answer. Oh well. Lol
