Also sounds like Todd Burpo, who, instead of having the decency of being one of the lost Marx Brothers, made a mint selling gullible zealots on the idea that "Heaven Is For Real".

The title company that handled the closing on my condo (1) didn't pay my HOA fee for April like they said in their paperwork that they would do (and like I gave them the money to do so on my behalf when I handed them my closing check) and (2) mailed my deed to a PO Box somewhere in the Portland metropolitan area and not to the address I gave them to mail it to which was very clearly written out on the document where I was asked to provide an address, and that I triple checked was correct before I left the office when I was signing my closing paperwork.

What else did they fuck up?
