The title company that handled the closing on my condo (1) didn't pay my HOA fee for April like they said in their paperwork that they would do (and like I gave them the money to do so on my behalf when I handed them my closing check) and (2) mailed my deed to a PO Box somewhere in the Portland metropolitan area and not to the address I gave them to mail it to which was very clearly written out on the document where I was asked to provide an address, and that I triple checked was correct before I left the office when I was signing my closing paperwork.

What else did they fuck up?
