Original Series (hey, I grew up watching it).
Deep Space Nine.
Enterprise.

In that order.

Never could stand the Next Generation and lost interest in Voyager after the third or fourth season. Whichever season that had the half-Klingon "catch" pon-farr from one of the Vulcans (for those who don't watch, it's on par with "catching" puberty). The writers got so out of touch with canon that it just got ridiculous.
