I have a serious case of bike butt and a whole new respect for Tour de France athletes.

I have decided that padded butt shorts are an indispensable part of life.

Off to shower and pass out from dehydration.

You mean with your avatar and sig? They look pretty designerly but pretty cool too.

Took a long walk today. Got a visit from my stepson who helped me fix the doors to my IKEA wardrobe. Playing a game of poker now. Will watch an episode of True Blood in a couple hours.

Re hydrating after finishing painting front door. It's good to be done. It was beginning to feel like a trek to More-Door.

Just got back from the dog park. I figured Sunday night around 6pm, there'd be plenty of folks. Not so much... May be too hot.
