Having a cuppa Earl Grey and some toast with pepper salami. After that it's off to the library to read up on immunology.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

I think I just made my first serious, semi informed post here on AF. Thought I'd leave record here so I can take credit later for hell freezing over.

Oh! And fresh strawberries with sweet cream for dessert. Everybody just left, so I'm watching a scary movie and smoking a bowl :p
Starting on my second pot of coffee. I lucked into a two pound bag of Hills Bros., whole-bean, decaffeinated coffee for $11. If I drink more than 10 cups of caffeinated coffee of a morning, I start to shake n' shit. That doesn't always stop me, but still. So I bought a mess of decaf to be able to have fair coffee after the first morning pot without those effects, and better decaf when desired after the morning passes. I didn't plan on two pounds worth, but at that price, it was hard to pass up. (Oh nertz. I just checked. It's not decaf. It has a green label, so I assumed decaf. I'd caught myself making that mistake earlier that night, but repeated it and spent $11 on something I don't want. I wonder if there's any redress available from store or manufacturer? I feel like such a fool.)
Got the new workstation os installed. Forgot to image it before hooking it to the router/lan. "Oh well." Need to do that business and forum shiz today, but not for a few hours yet.

*sigh*
This day is going from bad to worse. I check gmail and find my debit card declined the charge for my internet services, so I need to call them. The only phone I have at the moment is a pay-as-you-go cell phone which advertises a standby time of 9 days but actually delivers about three. Having been on the go lately, I hadn't charged it. So the battery was low, but not dead. I go to check my bank account to see if my social security check is in, and because I just enrolled in their online banking, they offer me enrollment in a site security feature. No, they demand I enroll in it, and won't let me access my account until I do. So I end up spending several minutes going through this long involved sign up, I hit submit and finally get to my account info, and the phone at that exact moment goes dead. FML.

online banking available, but not active... using the phone to access online banking... Looks like apo was home, or close to a PC... PCs, usuall have power... Now if you have the correct charger... which, in the smartphone age can simply be a USB cable from the PC to the phone (except for stupid apple, which requires their special cables)...
EDIT: home banking should only be used at home, so I'm guessing apo's home... and should have a charger nearby...
