This friend of mine works in an insane asylum and was telling me about a patient who was born with only five fingers on each hand.
Same mutation on the feet.
Apparently he thinks he's from some alternate universe where everyone's born that way. :-)

He's not stupid though.
Even made up his own number thing called the decimal system. Poor bastard.
