KUDOS TIP

How to get 5 pages of kudos in about 12 hours:

  1. Post pictures of kitties.

  2. Post meme about turtle butt sex.

  3. Get nominated to have a lesbian affair with Cathy.

I dawned my shoes, jacket shell, liner gloves, stretch pants; full running gear. I ran 6 miles, not having run for quite a while. I was listening to Burning Witch and Electric Wizard, it was a good workout and not overkill. I got home and had my mother fucking recovery meal, of a can of sardines, a bowl of oatmeal with a full box of blueberries on top, a bowl of raw fucking kale and shiitake mushrooms. I fucking shoveled that shit down my throat with a cup of black coffee. I am read for that 5 mile Thanks Giving run next week.
