Continued work on some attic insulation, a job that I'm not crazy about because of cramped quarters and few good places to stand. Did make some good progress, though.
Cut out the main pieces for a carrying bag, and might start sewing later.
Oh, and some noisy jets did a fly-over. (Hockey game tonight, and there's a massive street party in progress downtown.)
Unless you have electrical work that shouldn't be covered, have you considered having the insulation blown in?

Blown-in won't work in this particular case -- It's a vertical surface, the attic side of one of the third-floor rooms. The wall used to be filled with wood chip insulation, and not nearly enough of it to keep heat in. Retrofitting the wall from the back with vapour barrier, then R12 Fiberglas batts, then mesh on the "cold" side to keep the batts in place.
Think I'll head downstairs and have a (decaf) coffee and a cookie or two.

Trying to make clyp.it upload. I think kit was talking about accents in one of his zillion recent threads.

Fiberglass batts also won't settle like wood chip or cellulose would, so a good choice. If you had the wherewithall and there was no moisture present, expanding foam insulation would be the best bet. I considered it for my house back in 2006, but the cost is enormous as a retrofit measure. I ended up with a radiant barrier in the attic. It cost $350 for the materials and I did the installation in about 40 hours. It paid for itself in 2 years. The heat here in the summer is ridiculous.

I finally got around to installing the new SSD that I bought for my desktop computer and it was not detected by the computer. Presumably, it's dead. Unfortunately, I had purchased it from Amazon on March 20th, so the 30 day return window was over. But I chatted online with an Amazon representative, and they're going to make an exception and allow me to return it for a refund. They will provide the shipping label. Unfortunately, I threw out all my packing materials during a move about a year ago. So I have to buy new packing materials. Fortunately it is small enough to fit in a bubble envelope which I can get at Target. I'm so relieved, but now it's going to be a while before I can increase the storage space on my main drive, and I can't play Starcraft or much of anything until I do. I have almost no space on the old SSD.

I bought my daughter a new bike and helmet today.
She's very pleased with it.
We going riding tomorrow arvo.
It's currently in her room where she looked at it until she fell asleep. :-)

Stimbo/Cyberman doing okay?
I know he kind of disappeared under rather mysterious circumstances, but certainly some of you are in contact with him. I just want to know he's okay.

Cooking in my truck again. I’m shut down in Cortland, NY. Having boiled baby potatoes, peas n carrots, a ribeye steak with onions, garlic and bell peppers. Finishing the last of my cauliflower too. Pretty drive through Pennsylvania today.
