What's everyone up to right now?

I see a forum that I've really enjoyed being a member of, being proud to be staff of, imploding and I feel there's nothing I can do to stop the decline.

Too many good posters, friends, have left recently.

I think the air here has become a little polluted in the last week or two. Hopefully time will help the rancor dissipate.
I'm not in favor of you or any others leaving but I get needing a break.
And I appreciate anyone who is leaving letting us know, even if you're upset about things. It's disturbing and worrying to notice that regulars have disappeared without telling us.

I'm not sure what the air quality index is today but I was so very happy to walk outside after work and see some blue sky and not choke on the air. Rain in the forecast for Wednesday. I told one of my coworkers that I'm going to stand outside and twirl around with my hands up when it does rain.

Coffee and football. Starbucks had whole bean decaf Christmas blend, and Cub had a sale on a lighter decaf blend, so I bought both. And I bought some mocha flavored coffee from Walmart. It will probably suck, but it was only $4, so I figured I had little to lose. Given all the coffee I have on hand, I practically need a cupboard for coffee all by itself.

I'm a bit of a fru fru coffee drinker myself. I like Starbucks, like their really sweet stuff or like the butter beer with shots of espresso.

Heh, I'm that guy who walks into Starbucks and just wants a cuppa Joe, and is eternally disappointed. The last time I went into a Starbucks was at LAX in 2001, and got a cuppa something that I ended up pouring down the nearest drinking fountain. I ended up going to some place that famously sells cinnamon buns...I think. Got an OK cuppa there. No offense intended; coffee is just coffee, to me. It shouldn't be so thick that I have to cut it with a knife, or bounce off the walls from the caffeine overload.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

You must not be a caffeine addict. It takes 3 monsters to even get me close to feeling the caffeine. That reminds me I need to start my caffeine detox this week, ugh.

There is nothing better than getting home from a long day and getting the bloody bra off.

Yeah, I don't drink at Starbucks, either. But the odd blend of theirs is decent, and decaf blends are harder to come by.

I'm soooo tired. I worked today, but have off the rest of the week. Super happy about that. Went out tonight with hubs and my parents, and it was a great night. Never know with my dad.
