Thank you, all.
Yes, it’s been caught early so it should be okay.
Still have a lot of options.

That really sucks; I'm glad for your early diagnosis!

The assistant explained it pretty well, even though she spoke with what I think is a combination of a speech impediment of some kind and a vestigial Southern accent, that kinda made it hard to understand what she was saying. Just strap the head on, make sure your forehead is clean enough for the electrodes to stick on (and I think they did dislodge twice and the helmet kept pestering me to readjust them until I managed to fix them), attach the nosepiece to your nose, tighten the cord, tape them to your cheekbones, and turn it on, lie on your back and stare at your ceiling until it tells you to go to sleep (about three breaths) and then try to fall asleep. It’ll record the first six hours after you turn it on, and hopefully, in two weeks, they’ll have all the information to see whether or not I actually have sleep apnea.
Got the results of the test back. Apparently, I don't actually have sleep apnea. They say I should try sleeping on my side. And, sadly, the Alison Lohman Dakimakura I ordered in December STILL hasn't come in the mail to help with that.

Got home a little while ago after annual exam and vaccinations for my youngest dog, Quinn. He is doing very well...that's a good thing. Cavaliers are known for their health issues. Good news from the vet is always welcome.

That' a the problem with women - too many moving parts......
Early detection improves your outcome greatly - so good on that.
My older sister went through it - after two bouts of Non Hodgkins lymphoma.... Been 6 or 7 years - She's healthier than me.... (Me - it's hard mileage..)
Keep at it..

Well, crap. We rescued a Cavalier mix ~7 months ago who is 4 YO. I hope that the coyote or whatever she is mixed with gives her some longevity. She has these long long legs, so not pure spaniel.

Had a stressful day at work. An hour before the store closed, the boss decided I needed to scan hundreds of old receipts. I had to use a two-sided printer/scanner and give them names like "State Farm 201X.MM.DD" This woudn't be much of a problem if not for one thing: THE SCALE. I managed to do several dozen, but while each one was scanning, I decided to try and sort the ones I hadn't done yet. By closing time, I still hadn't finished sorting. There had to be at least a hundred from Ace Hardware alone. I would be legitimately surprised if I scanned a quarter of them today. When the boss talked about doing more, I was so terrified I was unable to respond.

Hopefully the mix will help. There are a lot...I mean a lot...of potential issues with Cavs, from the not so big a deal to really bad.
My groomer put it best, I think, when she said, "These dogs don't age well."
I lost Chop at 6.5 years. Heart attack in his sleep, we suspect. Now that I know more about the breed I am pretty sure he had other issues I didn't know about and our vets weren't familiar with.
That said - I have three because they are a really wonderful breed.
