I used to buy Pop-Tarts from the vending machine at work occasionally if I forgot to bring oatmeal from home. I was far enough from the cafeteria that I didn't want to cut into work time by going there. I retired at the end of October, 2014, and haven't eaten a Pop-Tart since.

So, for reasons I’m fairly certain are related to it being linked to my old college, my Excel password tends to expire. Fortunately, it tends to give me advance warning. Unfortunately, there appears to be some fuckup in the coding, since whenever I try to change said password, even if I include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, it won’t accept a new password when I change it. Note, the password expiry Has happened before and once I get over the initial shock, it always lets me change the password like they tell me to. Until today. Hell, at one point, it got so fucking chaotic that for a few minutes, it wouldn’t let me click on a lot of links. It’s improved on that front, strangely, when I told Dad about it. I still can’t change the password, though.

Speaking of new house, we're renting at the moment in a new house.
Got FTTP internet. Yay. I look outside yesterday and the techie has dug a big hole in the next doors new freshly laid lawn to find the pit!

Bloody Telstra buried the pit 1 foot below ground level.
There's another half a dozen homes to be hooked up eventually so they can't bury it and dig it up every time someone requests internet.
I think they've booked in another dept to come and raise the pit level permanently...
Looking forward to some stable internet again.

We have above-ground splitters here in town. Ugly as sin, and people run into them all the time parking their cars.
