This arrived in my email inbox today: A 48-year-old man fell onto a log, experiencing a direct blow to his perineum and penis. When he urinated, he had severe pain and noted a large amount of hematuria. Can you make the correct diagnosis?

I'll get back to it when I can uncross my legs. The x-ray is disturbingly hilarious. And they had to use "blow".
