Had my lungs scanned again. The growth is stable, no surgery for now, recheck in six months.

Push your left index finger into your right nostril, up to the second knuckle, but keep the knuckle up, toward the top of your head.

Push down with your finger to the cartilege and you'll find what feels like a spiky spur along the edge of the cartilege.

Push this firmly.

It's your brain's reset button and will reboot your brain.
