I have been working on more quilts. Everyone loved the Grinch quilt I made for me so there are going to be three more made so each of my kids' families will have one.

Also working on another Gnome quilt as granddaughter #2 wants one and I think it will be part of her high school graduation present this May.

Two random ones are also in the works.

Surfing the net for a replacement molding for a piece of antique furniture I bought. I'd swear in court it was on the thing when I bought it, but it's gone and I can't find it. Gonna have to break down and either make it or replace the whole band.

Hah! I mentioned my search to the wife, and she said I should just paint that part to match. Never mind that it's a piece of wood.    #Philistine 
It's funny. As a genuine antique built in the late 1800's, it should get some respect. As a purchase in 2024, it's getting little of that. I'm going to buy enough of a molding to replace what is there all the way around, about 6 feet thereof. Gonna be about $20, but I'll have to cut it to length and stain and finish it. It'll be sold for firewood after I'm dead.
