I wish this, too. Someone told me a couple months ago that my online buddies can't possibly care for me really because they don't really know me. Well, I really really care for mine and I can't be the only weirdo out there. Here's hoping they get better.
Well, I can understand why someone might think that. You aren't the only weirdo out there, Ivy. I care very much about all of my friends here.

This game is harder than what I remember...
Indeed....
I used to spend allmy free time on that. I do not remember a level like that, though. Usually the squid thingy was in water like in real life. That YT is like a combo of levels. Kind of cool. I always wanted tomake my own level.
And, since we're timewarping, I'm on YouTube watching old Nick bumpers.

lol ToriJ I am jealous. So, so jealous. Supermario bros is my favorite game ever! Ok not really. Super Mario Kart and Donkey Kong rock.
As for the Mario original level: fuck that. Who makes something like that? Fuck thaat! It was fun trying to figure out if the commentator was Chritopher Walkin or Borat though a/
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

Nearly left my tablet computer in a bar, and my keys were about to fall out of my pocket before the handicap transport driver pointed it out. I don't know whether that was luck, collusion of facts and contingencies, the goddess or none of the above, I'm just glad not to have suffered from things having gone the other way.
Spent the evening in an Irish Pub, half drunk, with an assortment of friends and strangers, believers and non-believers, discussing fine-tuning and the argument from design toward the existence of God. The theists I meet in person tend to impress me more than what I feel from internet interactions, but there are real life Statler Waldorfs as well. ("How do they know 99% of all species are extinct, except as a circular assumption... yada yada") Only conclusion embraced by all was that I am loud, and a drunk. So, no news there. Anyway, I had a great time.
I came out of hypomania on Friday, and since then, have been neither hypomanic nor depressed -- just normal, feeling good. Except for about 6 months on Maprotiline, I haven't felt okay like this for at least 20 years. I wonder when it will end, why it is, and what the fuck is going on, but am too occupied with tasks and feeling too good for it to be more than a cerebral trifle entertaining such questions. I laugh, I smile, I shine. It's just not 'me'. *shrug*
Still haven't got the walls in my apartment painted. Tomorrow is supposed to be dry and warmer; if I had intentionally chosen, it would have been the day to pick. But it wasn't intentional.
Oh my G, this such a BIG world. /me whirls.

Spent the evening watching movies...something I wisely, usually, avoid with my visual impairment. Pacific Rim was meh, but Heat with Melissa McCarthy was snot rocketing funny.
Now I'm eating a Fluffernutter(behave, y'all...) and staring at this screen in triplicate. Yeesh.

Back from a Hillcrest "Town" Council meeting. Had question answered by interim mayor of San Diego.

Of course, obviously, the online people may know you better in some ways because it can be so much easier to share things online.
