And defecation is nice, too, every so often.

As for me, I'm watching local news, waiting for the Olympics. Eating sausage, spinach, pinto beans, and a little of that mishandled pasta slop from a day or two ago. Disaster averted.

Trying to get myself to stop doing forum junk.

I got up about three. Been putzing. Thinking of watching another episode of "In the Footsteps of Alexander."

Worried that I'll screw up getting help from my psych tomorrow and have to go another week not knowing what to do about this medication. I'm due for a dosage increase, but I think I'll delay that until I find out what's going on, why I feel so shitty, and whether this is permanent or temporary.

Hmm. Parcels are confusing me. I just went to track another parcel of mine on UPS. It started our in France yesterday, and right now it appears to be in Germany. France to Britain via Germany seems a bit odd to me. But it says it's right on schedule so we'll see. Lol
