Just read a reuters article about the upcoming Supreme Court ruling regarding mandatory birth control coverage. Apparently the judges are hinting at ruling in favor of companies to withhold birth control coverage on religious grounds. The conservative christians in this country are fucking dickheads. I'm so tired of this shit. Birth control also treats medical conditions, it's more than a contraception. But ya know what? Private insurance through companies was a shitty halfassed idea anyway - anything to delay doing the right thing and having some sort of universal/single-payer/SOCIALIZED care.

Seriously, HIPAA regulations are supposed to protect people's privacy.... but yet birth control is free game? What the fuck? It makes me so blindingly angry. Guess I'm heading back to DC for another Planned Parenthood rally.
