I am currently posting on here, texting my fiance, watching Ridiculousness and thinking of how the hell I am going to store this chicken in my freezer without any kind of wrap or baggies. --.--

Cooked or raw? If raw:
Put the chicken in a plastic bowl (be sure it's deep enough to completely cover the chicken with water without overflowing the bowl).
Fill part way (1/3 to 1/2) with water.
Put it in the freezer.
Once the water starts to freeze (1/8" to 1/4" ice on top) cover the exposed chicken with water and put back in the freezer.
Filling part way and freezing to start keeps the chicken from floating to the top.

This actually works better that bags, wrap, foil and the like because it gets the air off the chicken and its the air that causes freezer burn.
