That reminds me, a friend of mine is going to Washington. I asked her to get me an Indian arrow head. Are they easy to find or would she need to go somewhere special?

On a more serious note, if you don't know where to look, they're damned impossible to find. If you know where to look, they're merely difficult to find. FWIW, the one place I know to look - it's illegal to collect them there.
