What's everyone up to right now?
RE: What's everyone up to right now?
Oh no Sad Best wishes for a speedy recovery Heart

I'm... Gonna try and do more of my bookkeeping work today. I'm learning about "double entry". That's never going to stop being funny.

Also looking forward to the last episode of Broadchurch tomorrow! To find out who did the m'd'rs.

Listening to some Wild Cub, Twin Shadow and Shearwater trying to wake up. Daytona 500 later. Go, Junior.

My boy Kyle Busch wrecked yesterday and won't be racing.

I'm now waiting on the F1 season to begin. My twin Lewis Hamilton for the repeat! And I'd like to see how zee German does wiss Ferrari.

I like Lew-Ham. I also like the new F1 cars. Seems like some bodywork issues have been resolved. I kind of wonder about IndyCars this year. Changes seem afoot.

I've tried to get into Indy, but can't. As a F1 fan, Indy just seems like a less technological, less precise version of F1.

I like the ends of the spectrum. F1 is all about precision, aerodynamics, technology. I mean look at AMG's new nosecone:

That shit's ridick.

The other end of the spectrum is NASCAR. It's all about brute force, strategy, and driving as simple a car as possible with as much power as possible on the ragged edge of control. I mean they just replaced the carburetors on the Sprint Cup series cars 3 years ago.

Indy just seems like it's right in the middle. I don't got time for that!

To me, IC is just kind of different. Just another formula.

NASCAR I've been up anddown with. The Daytona 500 was pretty good today, especially toward the end. But the bodywork doesn't even begin to resemble the street version. But then, if it were showroom stock racing, a Camry would look pretty weird with a dodge Charger. So, I dunno. I do love how tight the superspeedway racing is.

But alas, I am watching Austin Spurs v. LA D-Fenders basketball.
