This is not true of a mind.
And artificial neural networks emulating brain behavior resolves nothing of the problem. This has been a well-accepted philosophical possibility for a long time.
Rather, the issue is nothing you have said, not even an abstraction layer, can explain the irreducibility of qualia to the functioning of the brain. Before you deny this, think about the sentence carefully. The answer is not "qualia is reducible to neural behavior", because qualia is not chemistry, it is sense experience.
yeah... you keep your delusion, I'll keep mine.
Live long and prosper.
If you see a machine displaying qualia in the future, remember me...

I'm not going to put out all the evidence that exists and suggests that all conscious processes arise from the brain, just to have you then say they prove nothing...
It's pointless and a waste of my time.
Hence, I let you wait it out until such a time as someone does turn on.... skynet.

If the head of cognition and brain science at University of California San Diego VS Ramachandran, a best-selling atheist neuroscientist and one of the four horseman Sam Harris, leading psychologist Stephen Pinker, leading philosophers of mind David Chalmers and Thomas Nagel all believe what I'm saying is true.
You think some two-bit internet atheist is going to convince me otherwise?
At the very least, what you can do is read on the position of some philosophers who disagree with qualia, like one of your own horsemen: Daniel Dennett in his book "Consciousness Explained".

So you're telling me that some philosophers, bound by their own biases, and neuroscientists, who are restricted to current diagnostics, can't discern how the conscious mind arises from brain electrical impulses?... cheeessssshhh.... I wonder why?
At the very least, I can do... nothing.

Antonio Damásio, his work on neuroscience is very interesting. "Descarte's Error", excellent book.
Uh, found a video.

Oh fantastic, you've found another thread to turn into your own personal fleshlight

'You can have all the faith you want in spirits, and the afterlife, and heaven and hell, but when it comes to this world, don't be an idiot. Cause you can tell me you put your faith in God to put you through the day, but when it comes time to cross the road, I know you look both ways.' - Dr House
“Young earth creationism is essentially the position that all of modern science, 90% of living scientists and 98% of living biologists, all major university biology departments, every major science journal, the American Academy of Sciences, and every major science organization in the world, are all wrong regarding the origins and development of life….but one particular tribe of uneducated, bronze aged, goat herders got it exactly right.” - Chuck Easttom
"If my good friend Doctor Gasparri speaks badly of my mother, he can expect to get punched.....You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. You cannot make fun of the faith of others. There is a limit." - Pope Francis on freedom of speech

No, that's what your own ignorance is telling you.
You're no different from a creationist.
