Unique First Date Ideas

My first ever date with my first ever girlfriend was pretty uneventful. Just went bowling, then sat in a park and talked for bit.

Best thing I ever did for my fiancé is take her to Barcelona for a surprise weekend away, but I doubt that's very viable.

Dating isn't really a thing over here, but I have a couple of ideas.

I so love the Scandinavian countries. You guys and gals just kinda roll with it all and that's so cool.

I seriously considered moving to Sweden at one point because I like the culture and I don't mind winter, but I don't really have anything to offer the work force there I don't think

Moving to Sweden is a good idea for another reason. I play a Pandemic-like game on my phone and I usually manage to infect Sweden last while they usually provide the most funding for the cure (because they survive for so long).

Not quite the first date, but one of the first conversations I had with the current Mrs Zebo started with the line "Do you fancy a jump?"
I was collecting for a charity parachute jump at the time, and she said yes! (nothing like plummeting 3500 feet with nothing but a bit of fabric to save you to let you see what's really important!)

First date with Mrs V was to a haunted house (her idea), and that was 25 years ago, so it worked. And it's almost that season. Maybe the scare created some bonding.

Note: Not a real haunted house, around here charities make haunted houses with volunteer actors as fundraisers. We went late, were the only people there, and my wife knew some people that worked there, so they really worked us over.

My personal favorite first date is dinner and a walk, nice and simple. I think frst dates are about getting to know each other and a conversation driven date is a great way to do that.
