I'm glad this is happening. Every time conservatives stubbornly insist on policies most Americans don't want, it fills me with hope, because every example just puts the GOP one step closer to its grave.

Their chances of a presidential win in 2016 are already in the crapper, but I'm interested in how this will affect next year's mid-term elections.
