40 years from now, when many religious primitives have died off, we will be living in a slightly better, more open-minded society. My son will be 45 and likely married. Why in the holy hell would he ever come up to me and demand to know why I "ALLOWED" everyone to have equal civil rights????

That doesn't even make sense. It's not like I'm preventing marriage and platonic families. We're not doing away with marriage here; we're actually making it so MORE people can GET married. We're not magically creating more gay people. I'm not telling my future children to gave a gay marriage.

Well, the very concept of marriage and the traditional family, was spawned by the people you call close-minded and primitive. It was introduced as a means to restrict the sexuality of individuals, so that people wouldn't be able to go and fornicate with everyone in sight, it also introduced the concepts of fidelity, and the importance of commitment to children, and this is just another important concept of marriage, the creation of children, the perpetrating of society. In a manner, yes, you do wish to prevent the traditional family, which itself is based on marriage, so you distort and corrupt marriage because the very same traditional marital values and family strongly opposes what you're trying to archive. In itself, marriage is opposed to everything that you claim to defend.

I am more than rational, I'm someone who chooses to do the hard thing nowadays. Instead of philosophising about degeneracy, I defend decency.
You people are as children, you don't take no for an answer, and when you do, you immidately cry about oppression the same way a child might behave when deprived of whatever his parents told him not to do, piss on the floor, breaking things, or simply reaching out to touch hot iron, you need to be taught your errors by the means of pain.

As children, you lack maturity, you lack an understanding of the concepts that society revolves around, which is exactly why you defend anti-social concepts, and extreme individualism.
And as children, you need someone to goad you to your destination. As you lack a true, solid purpose, you need someone to give you a purpose. They tell you to support gay-marriage, and you do. You don't really know why you support it, you don't have any logical support for your cause. Your only standing point, as it is, and as it was, is the individual. If they want to, they should be to do anything. Life is just one big party, free of responsibility, so we should allow everyone to do things as they please, and change things as they please, even if it comes at the expense of society, and social responsibility.

Equality is only amongst equals. When it comes to marriage, homosexual couples are not on the same level with heterosexual couples, and they can never be, due to the fact that they cannot form families on the basis of natural reproduction. And this is what family and therefore marriage is actually all about.
So, since they can't, what kind of an equality are we speaking of here?
All I hear is that you try to create a "equality" based on demand, not on reality.
They demand rights to marriage, and you say that this demand is valid, because of the equality of what? I still think that equality is not part of the discussion because the two concepts are not equal, and they never can be. One has the power to create life. The other on the other hand breeds death.
