I've been laughing this whole time. xDD I finally gave up on the end of the world shit once 06/06/06 never happened... xDD I was in 5th grade then, though... :S So I was, like, UBER irrational. And I was religious at the time. 8D

Now I found out that the world's end is unpredictable; numbers do not define anything, dates are man made. The end of the world will most likely happen randomly, without us being able to detect it. That would make helluva lot more sense.

After all... we've managed to survive the last 65 million years... why should the next million be really so different?

For the past 65 million years, we didn't have that much technology to create pollution... e.o
But still, we might survive for a long time (maybe we'll move to a distant galaxy when the sun blows up like a balloon)... I wonder what our bodies will look like in the next million years... Surely we'd evolve by then... *imagines*

It will be a long time before Sol goes supernova... the indigenous sentient population of Sol IV will hopefully be able to keep the star and planet going through technology... or at least avoid extinction by colonization of other planets

Our bodies will naturally evolve very little if the last 65 million years can be any sort of guide We may begin 'evolutionary' programs aimed at strengthening 'Humans' in the future sometime though
